The Lincoln Navigator L comfortably accommodates up to seven passengers. Seating and cargo configurations can be adjusted depending on the type of reservation.
For airport arrivals, golf outings, or travel with luggage, many clients choose configurations that allow additional cargo space while maintaining passenger comfort.
For reservations requiring two vehicles, or in the rare case that the Lincoln Navigator L is unavailable, service may also be provided by the secondary vehicle operated by Lincoln Lindsy LLC — the Ford Expedition Max.
Both luxury SUVs are maintained to ADOT compliance standards and are permitted for Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport ground transportation operations. Vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained to ensure safe, reliable transportation for arrivals and departures at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, Scottsdale Airport, and Deer Valley Airport, as well as golf outings, special events, and longer destination travel throughout Phoenix, Scottsdale, and surrounding Arizona communities.
For the safety of all passengers and to maintain clear driver visibility, luggage must not exceed the height of the third-row headrests.
For groups of seven passengers, Lincoln Lindsy LLC recommends one standard carry-on suitcase per passenger when all seating positions are occupied.

Because availability is limited, each confirmed reservation reserves a specific vehicle and chauffeur time exclusively for that client.
Reservations cannot be confirmed until this agreement has been reviewed and signed.
Reservation Commitment
Once a reservation request has been reviewed and approved, the scheduled vehicle and chauffeur time are reserved exclusively for the client and removed from availability for other potential bookings.
Because Lincoln Lindsy LLC operates with limited availability, confirming a reservation may prevent other clients from booking during that same time period.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Because each reservation blocks availability that may prevent other clients from booking during that time, confirmed reservations are considered final and non-refundable.
If a client must cancel a reservation, Lincoln Lindsy LLC may attempt to refill the reserved time slot. If the reserved time is successfully rebooked, a refund or partial refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Lincoln Lindsy LLC.
